| 摘 要： | 从产业结构优化升级的初期阶段出发,分析产业结构合理化、高级化过程中不同金融市场的支持机制,认为不同金融市场对产业结构优化升级的作用不同,金融支持在产业结构优化升级的不同阶段作用也有所不同,因此需要从产业发展的不同方面,分不同的金融市场来研究金融支持产业的规律。在实现产业优质化与高级化的过程中,金融对产业科技研发与创新的支持,具有长期而持久的积极作用。而且,以信贷市场为主的间接金融和以资本市场为主的直接金融是金融支持产业发展的两个主要渠道,这两类融资方式因其自身经营目的不同,在产业结构升级中发挥着不同的作用。

Mechanism of Financial Support for Industrial Development |

| Abstract: | From a perspective of industrial evolution, this article explores the various financial support mechanism for industrial upgrading. As different type of financial markets have different implication for the different dimensions of industrial upgrading in the different stage of industrial development, it stresses the role of multiformity and flexibility of financial system. Over the various mechanism of financial support for industrial development, the credit market-dominated indirect financing and capital market-dominated direct financing are two main channels. With their own special characteristics, the two financing channels play different role in industrial upgrading. |
