| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of ecological civilization and the recycling economy connotation, characteristics and relationships, through the comparative study of similar circular economy and its low-carbon economy, ecological economy, green economy, sustainable development and economic, the proposed circular economy is an ecological civilization the best economic form of society in this thesis. |
