时间压力下高科技企业研发团队创新绩效研究

摘    要:以上海、杭州、武汉、深圳等地高科技企业的研发团队为研究样本,考察时间压力、时间个性差异和研发团队创新绩效间的影响机制,研究表明,不同类型的时间个性差异对研发团队创新绩效的影响也不同,时间认知特征差异与研发团队创新绩效正相关,时间情感特征差异与研发团队创新绩效负相关;时间压力对时间认知特征差异与研发团队创新绩效间的关系、时间情感特征差异与研发团队创新绩效间的关系,均具有显著的调节效应。

Research on R&D Team Innovation Performance of High-tech Enterprise under Time Pressure
Abstract:This paper explores the affection mechanism among time pressure, time personality diversity and R&D team innovation performance of high-tech enterprise, and tests the moderating effect of time pressure on the relationship between time personality diversuty and R&D team innovation performance. The results show that different types of time personality diversiity have different effects on R&D team innovation performance, temporal cognitive characteristic diversity is positively related to R&D team innovation performance, while temporal emotional characteristic diversity is negatively related to R&D team innovation performance; there is significant moderation effect of time presssure on the relationship between temporal cognitive characteristic diversity and R&D team innovation performance, and the moderation effect of time pressure on he relaitionship between temporal emotional characteristic diversity and R&D team innovation performance is also significant.
