| 摘 要： | 从政治伦理的角度,提出社会主义和谐社会建设必须在保障基本人权和社会公平的基础上维护好各方面的利益;寻求能够得到广泛认同的社会共识和价值准则;建立具有广泛包容性,能够承受不同张力的政治文化;形成官民之间的良性互动,保障民意表达渠道畅通;达成经济与社会、资源与环境、公平与效率、人与自然之间的和谐。

| Abstract: | From the political-ethic point of view,a socialist harmonious society needs to preserve multi-aspect interests on the basis of safeguarding basic human rights and social equality;to seek and reach at widely accepted recognitions and values;to build a political culture of great tolerance that is able to endure various tensions;to establish benign interaction between people an government for easy voicing of public opinions;and to arrive at the harmony of society and economy,resources and environment,equity and efficiency,and man and nature. |
