| 摘 要： | CAE(Computer Adided Engineering)技术是建立在严格实验和数字模型基础上的数值模拟分析技术。本文综述了CAE技术在注塑模具设计中的应用和CAE分析的基本流程,说明经验加试模的传统注塑模设计越来越不能满足日益发展的塑料制品及激烈的市场竞争的需要,量化指标替代了传统的定性分析,在一定程度上减少了对设计者经验的依赖。

| Abstract: | CAE is a modulus simulated analysis technology based on the serious test and modulus.This article discussed the use of CAE and its general technological process in Afflux plastics model-designing,noted that the traditional afflux plastics model designing technology of experience and test can't meet the need of the plastics developing and the powerful marbet competition,the measure index of CAE replaces traditional definited analysis,this,in Some way,reduces the reliance to designer's experience. |
