| 摘 要： | 鼓励学生参与管理是近年来世界高等教育管理发展的一大趋势。教学管理是高校管理的核心，学生参与高校管理主要体现在对教学管理的参与上。因此，有必要对学生参与高校教学管理进行探讨，为学生参与教学管理提供理论依据，并为其参与的有效性和教学质量水平的提高提供可操作性的建议措施。
