| 摘 要： | 通过对信息法学已有成果的研究，分析现有的4种信息法学研究模式，即基于传统法学的研究模式、基于信息管理学的研究模式、基于部门分支法的研究模式和基于实证分析的研究模式。介绍4种研究模式的基本研究方法和存在的不足，在此基础上，论证基于跨学科研究、影响研究、平行研究和多领域研究的二元对立的信息法学新研究模式。

| Abstract: | Through the research of the achievements of information law science, this paper analyzes some kinds of typical research models of information science, which are based on traditional law science, information management science, branches law and reality analysis. Then it introduces the basic research methods and weaknesses of these four research models. On this basis, the authors demonstrate a new research model, a dual - against research model, which has been founded on the research methods of across disciplinary research, influence research, parallel research and multi -field research. |
