| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育事业的发展，高校图书馆的工作取得了明显的进步，其中受教育信息化的影响最大。本文通过对图书馆在机制、技术和服务等领域改革和创新的探讨，提出了高校图书馆更好地发挥和利用图书馆资源的几项措施。
