摘    要:20世纪80年代末期,我国开始逐步开展幼儿英语教育,我国的外语教学研究者也对幼儿英语教育进行了系统的研究与探讨,从而使幼儿英语教育能够在科学理论的指导下,获得可持续发展。然而高素质幼儿英语师资的相对缺乏,幼儿英语教师职前教育模式的相对滞后,已严重阻碍幼儿英语教育的进一步发展。文章基于当前幼儿英语教育及幼儿英语师资的现状分析,针对学前教育专业学生的实际情况,构建科学的、有效的幼儿英语教师职前教育模式,以期培养高素质的幼儿英语职前教师,促进幼儿英语教育的发展。

Abstract:In the late 1980s, China began to conduct pre-school English education gradually in national wide. And since then the researchers of foreign language education started systematic research and to explore the pre-school Eng- lish education so that it muld get the sustainable development under the guide of .scientific theory. Nevertheless, the lack of qualified pre-schcol English teachers and short of preschool English teacherg pre-service education system do prevent the further development of preschool English teaching. Based on the current analysis of preschool English teaching method, the paper studies the students whose major is pre-school education and constructs one brand-new and sdentifie preschool English teachers" pre-service education system. The purpose of this paper is to build the related system in order to cultivate the qualified pre-serviee English teacher in kindergarten and promote the development of pre-school English education.
