| 摘 要： | 2005年,我国实施了“在稳定中求发展”的金融政策,在信贷方面采用适度从紧、双向调控的政策,充分利用利率等价格杠杆的作用并继续采取差别化策略,在汇率方面重点建立人民币弹性汇率机制。我国国民经济呈现出增长较快、效益较好、价格平稳、活力增强的良好态势,经济运行的稳定性有所提高,经济发展的协调性有所改善。根据2005年我国宏观经济发展运行的基本情况以及主要宏观调控措施的实施情况,我们可以预测:与2005年的金融政策“在稳定中求发展”相比较,2006年的金融政策将以“保稳定促创新”为主旋律。2006年,我国宏观金融政策取向将主要着眼于维护宏观经济金融运行稳定和支持金融市场创新快速发展这两个出发点。

| Abstract: | In the past few years,China has brought into effect a relatively steady financial policy,which is quite different from the active fiscal policy.Owing to the implementation of such a financial policy,China's economy has obtained a persistent and steady growth rate.Compared with 2005's financial policy of "striving for development in a steady state","guaranteeing satiability and accelerating innovation" will be the primary melody for 2006's financial policy.In 2006,our country's financial policy will be based on the following two aspects.On the one hand,we'll try to maintain economic and financial movement in a steady state;on the other hand,we'll intend to support fast development of the financial market innovation by adopting such a financial policy. |
