| 摘 要： | 针对《半导体器件》的课程特点，文章探讨了如何通过使用L-EDIT软件来改进该课程的教学方式和教学手段。在教学过程中应用L-EDIT软件更有利于学生对半导体器件的物理原理、器件结构及制造过程这三方面知识的综合理解和整体把握。教学实践表明，在《半导体器件》课程教学中引入L—EDIT可以收到良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Considering the feature of the curriculum of semiconductor devices, this article discusses the application of L- EDIT software to improve the teaching methods. It has been proved that the application of L-EDIT software in the teaching process is more conducive to students which help the students study and comprehensive understand the knowledge of physical principles of semiconductor devices, the device structure and manufacturing process. Teaching practice showed that utilizing L-EDIT software in the course of semiconductor devices receives well teaching results. |
