| 摘 要： | 现代早期英国国教会众多堂区存在教职收入不足的问题。1704年英国国教会和英国政府开始启动了补助堂区贫困教职的所谓＂安妮女王津贴计划＂。安妮女王津贴计划的资金主要来源于教职税。同时安妮女王津贴计划也接受来自私人的资金。通过实行安妮女王津贴计划,英国堂区贫困教职的收入得到了显著地增长。安妮女王津贴计划的实施是英国国教会和英国政府在解决英国堂区教职收入不足问题上迈出的决定性一步。

| Abstract: | In a lot of parishes of the Anglican Church there existed the problem of earnings of church posts being insufficient in the early modern England.The Anglican Church and England government began to initiate a plan which was called Queen Anne's Bounty about endowing earnings of poor church posts in 1704.The capital in the plan was mainly raised from clerical tax,as well as from individual capitals.By implementing the plan of Queen Anne's Bounty,earnings of poor church posts of England parishes noticeably rose... |
