| 摘 要： | 了解科学发展观提出的依据，是准确把握科学发展观内涵的关键，也是把科学发展观付诸实施的关键。本文通过对科学发展观提出的实践依据、科学发展观的基本内涵、落实科学发展观的基本着力点这三方面的阐述，阐明对科学发展观的认识和理解。
