| 摘 要： | 从语用预设的视角入手，辅以大量英语资料，对商务英语写作的礼貌性、简洁性、语篇连贯性、信息凸显性四个方面进行探讨；指出语用预设在语言维度上可使商务英语写作更加简洁和礼貌，在语篇维度上可使商务英语写作更加连贯，信息维度上可使商务英语写作的语篇或语言信息量更大。
