| 摘 要： | 中国古代的孝治，是由中国古代家国一体的社会结构所决定的，是汉世以降历代统治者用以治国的一大方略。在中国古代，统治者孝治天下的方法有三：学校经学教育与社会感恩教育相结合；统治者以身作则、尊老敬长；厚赏孝子孝行，严惩不孝。中国古代的孝治虽然集德治、法治于一体，究其实质，最终也只能是人治、专制之治。
