| 摘 要： | 职业学校德育工作不能囿于传统的教育章法，而应力求把创新思想贯穿其中，使之既生动活泼，又扎实有效，这是新形势下社会发展赋予学校教育改革的一项客观要求。在这里，转变德育观念是先导和前提，实现德育工作手段、内容的创新是基础，也是关键，建立起新型 的德育机制则是条件，也是保障。

| Abstract: | School moral education work cannot be limited to traditional education regulations and meth-ods,but try to make bringing forth new ideas run through it,make the work vivid,active,solid and efficient as well.This is an objective demand put forward by social development on school education fe-form.It is the first guide and premise to change moral education sense,also the basis and heart to bring forth new ideas for using scientific means and content in moral education work.It is the condition and se-cure as well to set up a new kind of moral education mechanism and systems. |
