| Abstract: | The phenomenon of adverse selection widely exists in the supervision in institutions of higher education which causes lots of problems.The institutions of higher education can avoid such phenomenon by carrying out secondary supervision,building a teaching quality monitoring system which has many monitoring bodies and channels. |
