摘    要:在学校教育中开展心理健康教育已逐渐成为越来越多的学校领导和教师的共识,如何中切实、深入、全面地开展,就成为当前学校教育工作者和管理者亟待解决的重要课题.班主任作为校长管理班级工作的助手,是全面负责一个班学生的思想、学习、劳动、健康、生活等工作的教师,是班级的领导者、教育者和组织者.班主任的一言一行、一举一动每时每刻都在影响着学生.班主任心理健康教育开展的好坏,直接影响到学生的全面发展和良好个性形成.为此,本文主要从班级管理中多应用期望效应和培养学生自我调适能力两个方面阐述了班主任如何开展好心理健康教育.

Abstract:To carry out psychological education in school education has become the common opinion of more and more school leaders and teachers,so how to carry out the work has become an important topic for school educators and managers.The head teacher,as the assistant of the head master,comprehensively manages students' psychological condition,learning and daily life,so he is also the leader and organizer of a class.The head teacher's detailed behaviors directly influence students' overall development and the formation of their personalities.Based on this,this paper interprets how the head teacher carries out psychological education from the perspective of utilizing expectation effect and self-adjustment ability in class management.
