| 摘 要： | 德育是中小学素质教育的重要方面,对青少年的健康成长具有重要意义。＂坚持德育为先＂的价值理念已经成为学界和实务界的共识。但是,从总体上看,目前农村中小学德育工作仍然面临一些问题,在新的时代背景下,探究其存在的问题及深层次原因,对提高德育工作水平,实现青少年的全面发展具有重要意义。
