摘    要:乡村幼儿教师的教育效能感是影响到乡村幼儿教师专业发展的重要因素。乡村幼儿教师的教育效能感由于多方面的原因总体不高,提升缓慢,严重影响到乡村幼儿教育的健康发展。因此,乡村幼儿园要通过加强组织环境建设,促进幼儿教师教育效能感的提高。同时幼儿教师自己也要不断地加强自我修养,提高专业能力,提升自我效能感,以促进教育效能感的提高。

On the Education Efficacy of Preschool Teachers in Rural Areas and Its Training Strategy

Abstract:Education efficacy of preschool teachers in rural areas is an important factor affecting their professional development.Due to various factors and reasons,the education efficacy of the preschool teachers in rural areas is generally low,slowly enhanced,which seriously affects the healthy development of the childhood education in rural areas.Therefore,the rural kindergartens enhance the improvement of the education efficacy of rural preschool teachers through the strengthening of the organizational environment construction.Meanwhile preschool teachers should strengthen self-discipline,improve professional skills,enhance self-efficacy and therefore raise their education efficacy.
