摘    要:本研究系统考查了城乡接合部中小学所面临的四大困境,即:固有政策措施制约着城乡接合部义务教育的发展、学校的内外环境的制约着教育教学内涵式发展、教师的素质与家庭教育及生源质量不佳制约着优质教育的增长。

Abstract:This study examines four dilemmas of primary and secondary education in urban-rural combination areas,namely,the inherent policy measures restricting the development of the urban-rural compulsory education,the school's internal and external environment constraints connotative development of education and teaching quality of teachers,poor family education and students' quality restrict the growth of quality education.
