| 摘 要： | 职业教育肩负着为经济发展培养输送技能型人才的重大责任。然而,在全国各地的＂用工荒＂的大背景下,技术工人短缺是不争的事实,而职业教育究竟路在何方？结合当前职业教育的困境和问题,寻求职业教育人才培养模式的新路,探索职校人才培养模式的新方法与新手段。
