| Abstract: | This article analyzes the difficulties in college students＇ employment from the aspects of society,college and the student himself,and proposes that vocational college should realize the breakthrough and changes towards the employment guidance to innovate the system to adapt to the new situation, and it intends to offer some feasible proposals for the students＇ employment of vocational college. |
