| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校毕业生就业呈现出就业形式多元化、自主创业多元化等特征,对高校德育工作提出了新挑战.在毕业生就业多元化视野下,高校德育工作应加强思想政治品德教育与法治教育、毕业生的择业、就业与创业观教育,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,使高校德育工作平台制度化、日常化、人性化、信息化和趣味化.

| Abstract: | Recently the employment of college graduates exhibits the characteristics of diversification in the forms and self-employment,which introduces new challenges on the moral education work of colleges and universities. From the perspective, the moral education work of colleges and universities should lay emphasis on the ideological, political and moral education, legal education, job-hunting education, employment education and pioneer viewpoints education, and pay more attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling to make the moral education work institutionalized,daily,humanized,computerized and interesting. |
