| 摘 要： | 通过对烟台市中小学体育教学状况的调查,分析烟台市中小学在学校体育教学基本情况、体育教学场地、教学器材、体育教师队伍等方面存在的问题,提出吸引人才,留住人才;加大教育经费的投入,合理开发体育资源;加强教师队伍建设等对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the situation investigation of PE teaching in Yantai elementary and middle schools,this paper analyzes the existing problems in basic situation,sports teaching venues,teaching equipment,sports teachers in it,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to attract talents,to retain talent;to increase the educational investment,to rationally develop sports resources;to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team. |
