| 摘 要： | EQ(Emotional Quotlent)即情绪智商,简称"情商"。IQ是人类成功的指数,但并不是最主要的,也不是唯一的,而最重要的是——EQ.EQ是人的素质的重要组成部分,影响和制约人的素质的全面发展。要培养较高的EQ,要依靠学生主观方面的努力和学校家庭、社会客观方面的教育。培养学生高水平的情商是社会发展的趋势,是现代学校素质教育的要求,也是培养适应现代社会人才的需要。

| Abstract: | EQ is short for Emotion Quotient.IQ is a human success index,while it is not the main and only factor.The most important is EQ.EQ is a vital component of human quality and it affects and constraints all-round development of human quality.To cultivate higher EQ involves subjective efforts of students,education from schools,families and objective society.The paper analyzes from two aspects of students and schools.Cultivating students with higher EQ is a trend of social development and requirement of quality education in modern schools.It is also essential for talents cultivation to meet the needs of modern society. |
