| 摘 要： | 英国教师培训署(TTA)于1998年制定了校长的国家标准,教育与技能部(DfES)则于2004年推出了修改的《校长国家标准》。本文以文献分析法为研究范式,对两个版本的主要内容及其特点进行了分析。通过两个版本的比较,本文透视了英国的教育价值理念:学校领导与管理决定学校的本质和质量;学校领导的专业发展是学校可持续发展的重要保障等。文章最后提出了这一标准对我国的启示和建议。
