| 摘 要： | 健美操是体育学科中较为年轻的体育项目,在高校中深受学生的喜爱。但是,目前有关健美操教师素质方面的研究甚少,对高校健美操教师的专业素质的系统研究更是凤毛麟角。本文以问卷调查法为主要研究方法,对广东省高校健美操教师专业素质现状进行了地域差异的比较研究。概括了广州及珠三角地区与粤东、粤西、粤北各地区高校健美操教师专业素质的现状,并对其地域性差异的成因进行了分析。进一步提出了促进广东省各地区高校健美操教师专业素质水平和谐发展,共同提高的措施与方法,为提高广东省高校健美操教师素质提供理论参考,以促进高等体育院系健美操人才的培养。

| Abstract: | Aerobics dancing which is very popular with the students in colleges is a relatively younger item in P.E.subjects.However,there are few researches on the professional quality of aerobics teachers,not to mention the aerobics teachers in colleges.This thesis researches comparatively the current situation of the regional differences of college aerobics teachers' professional quality,sunmmarizes the current situation of college aerobics teachers' professional quality in Guangzhou,Pearl Biver Delta,Eastern Guangdong,Western Guangdong and Northern Guangdong,and analyzes the causes of the regional differences.Meanwhile,this thesis puts forward some measures of improving the harmonious development and common improvement of the professional quality of college aerobics teachers in different districts in Guangdong province in order to contribute reference to improve aerobics teacher's quality in Guangdong's colleges as well as advance the training of aerobics talents in P.E.departments. |
