| 摘 要： | 企业家是企业改革创新、持续快速发展的重要资源，开发企业家人才资源，重在建立和完善企业家教育培训机制。为此，必须重视企业家教育培训工作，建立企业家教育培训经费财政预算制度，整合企业家教育培训资源，走产学研结合之路。同时，执行企业家资格认证制度，建立企业家科学评价机制实现企业管理和任用人才职业化、市场化。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneur is important resource for the reform,innovation,sustainable and rapid development of enterprises,and the construction and optimization of education and training mechanism for entrepreneur is essencial for the development of entrepreneur resources.Therefore,the government must attach importance on the work of entrepreneur's education and training,build capital finance budget system for entrepreneur,integrate education and training resources for them,take to the road of combination of production,teaching with research,carry out entrepreneur's qualification identification system,and build scientific evaluation mechanism for entrepreneur. |
