| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展作为人自身发展的高级形态，既是人类社会历史发展的必然趋势，也是社会主义的本质要求，江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中提出的关于“人的全面发展”的重要论述，是对马克思主义“人的全面发展”理论在建设有中国特色社会主义伟大实践中的创造性继承和发展。这一论述对于我们构建有中国特色社会主义的发展观，不断推进社会主义社会人的全面发展，具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | The all round development of human beings,as the higher stage of the self devlopment of human beings,is both the inevitable tendency of the development of the human social history and the demand of the socialist nature.The important exposition about the all round development of human beings put forward by Jiang Zemin in the speech of July the first is a creative inheritance and development to Marx's theory of all round development of human beings in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,which bears the immediate and far reaching historical significance to the view of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and improves the development of human beings of socialism. |
