低噪声放大器的设计及仿真

摘    要:低噪声放大器在接收系统中能降低系统的噪声和接收机灵敏度,是接收系统的关键部件。本文按照低噪声放大器电路的设计要求,完成了实际的电路设计并通过ADS仿真软件对电路进行仿真,得到了很好结果,对实际的电路设计有一定的意义。

Abstract:The Low Noise Amplifier(LNA)can reduce the system noise and improve the receiver's sensitivity.It's the key-part in the receive system.This paper according to the low noise amplifier electric circuit design request,has completed the actual circuit design and carries on the simulation through ADS simulation software to the electric circuit,obtained the very good result.It has the certain significance to the actual circuit design.
