网络教育浅探

摘    要:网络技术越来越受到社会各界特别是教育界的关注,但面对其正面的冲击力和负面的影响力,也形成了各种各样的困惑。究其原因主要有三:一是宣传偏颇,二是技术、制度滞后,三是教育失范。为此,必须规范宣传行为,加快技术革新,建立健全法律法规,建立防范与疏导相结合的教育运行机制。

Abstract:The network technology is receiving increasing attention from all social sectors, especially the educational sector. However, all kinds of problems also appear with its positive and negative impacts. There are mainly three reasons for this. First, the biased publicity; second, the outdated technology and system; third, the inadequate education. To solve the problems, we should standardize publicity work, accelerate technological renovation, set up relevant laws and regulations, and establish an educational mechanism.
