| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对浙江省高职大学生参与休闲体育的动机与休闲体验进行了调查研究。浙江省高职大学生参与休闲体育的主要内在动机是弥补自身的运动不足,以促进身体健康和减轻学习压力;参与休闲体育活动获得的主要内在体验是愉悦了心情、促进了健康和丰富了生活;不同类别的高职大学生在休闲体育的内在动机和休闲体验存在一定的差异。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature method,questionnaire,statistics and so on,this article investigates and studies the motive and experiences for the leisure sports participation of the students in Zhejiang vocational colleges.The leading motive for the leisure sports participation of the students in Zhejiang vocational colleges is to compensate one's lack of exercises and to build up one's health and to lessen the pressure of studies.The experiences for the leisure sports participation are mainly to build up one's health and to enrich one's life. The leading motive and experiences varies for different types of vocational colleges students. |
