| Abstract: | In recent years, it is a hot question of the law circles of punishment of our country that death penalty is stored and abolished, author of this text whether one death penalty keep theorist, this text probe into in our country keep rationality of death penalty and should getting right the present stage in terms of traditional legal culture. Hope that can construct some benefits to the modern penalty system through studying about traditional legal culture. |
