中国咨询企业CRM思想的运用研究

摘    要:当今,中国咨询企业正面临着竞争日趋激烈、消费者日益成熟的信息技术发展的市场环境。吸收国外先进管理模式,完成“以客户为核心”的战略转变已是大势所趋。本文通过对CRM系统所蕴含的管理理念和中国咨询企业特点的分析,初步解答了中国咨询企业如何吸收客户关系管理的先进思想,并将这一思想运用到咨询企业管理实践当中这一极具现实意义的问题。

Abstract:Consulting Companies in China today are complex with the market circumstances in which competition is hot,customers are becoming rational,and information technologies are quickly developing.It is high time to learn advanced managerial theories,so that Chinese consulting companies could achieve the strategic transformation that is "customer-oriented".Through discussing the managerial theories behind CRM system and analyzing the features of Chinese consulting companies ,this article is trying to answer the questions that as Chinese consulting companies,how to learn the advanced ideas in customer Relationship management,and how to use them in consulting companies daily management,both of which are necessarily important in reality.
