| 摘 要： | 推动社会发展,离不开对社会发展阶段的正确认识与准确定位。全面建设小康社会是对我们党在社会主义初级阶段纲领的新认识。小康社会是社会主义初级阶段历史进程中的一个发展阶段,反映了我们党对世情、国情、民情的深刻认识和唯物、唯实、唯是的科学态度。全面建设小康社会的阶段,是在中国条件下实现现代化的一个过渡阶段,具有承上启下的作用。

| Abstract: | To promote our social development needs our accurate and precise understanding of the development stages.The overall construction of a well-off society is a new contribution to the understanding of the party's(CPC' s)development programme for the primary stage of socialism.Building a well-off society,which is one of the developing stages in the primary stage of socialism,reflects the party's profound understanding of the world,the nation and the people and her materialistic and scientific attitude towards them.The stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way is a transitional one to achieve modernization under Chinese conditions.Such a transitional stago totally belongs to the primary stage of socialism. |
