| Abstract: | Talents resource has become the most important resource in the 21st century, which is called the Century of Talent. Adjustment of talents resource management has practical meaning and plays an important role on deepening university libraries. After analyzing adjustment of talents resource management, this article has explored into the new mechanism and basic orientation of talents development of university libraries to promote the development of university libraries career. |
