| 摘 要： | 调查表明，贫困生对资助（尤其是经济资助）的依赖明显大于非贫困生；除奖学金外，贫困生获得资助的机会也明显大于非贫困生。但是，仍有一定比例的贫困生未获得资助，而同时也有一定比例的非贫困生获得奖学金以外的经济资助。为提高资助效益，需为最有需求的贫困生提供最需要的帮助。为此，要把握好贫困生的资格与准入问题，要及时了解贫困生的需求与变化并关注其非经济需求。要建立多元的监督保证体系。

| Abstract: | This research shows that needy college students depend on assistance especially financially more than non -poor students, and poor students also receive more aids besides scholarships than non-poor students. However, still there are some needy students who cannot be funded, while some non-needy students are funded. The most needy students should be offered aids they need in order to improve efficiency of assistance. Hence, we should manage the qualification and access for needy students, pay attention to changing needs of these students, and establish a multiple supervision system. |
