| 摘 要： | 学校与社会相对独立,学校以个体方式生存与发展,学校实践主体的特色意识与创造个性是决定学校特色发展的三重前提。其中,学校与政府、市场的关系,与社区的关系,与文化的关系,与人的关系是影响当今中国学校特色发展水准的四大问题。深入地分析这些问题,有利于找准当今中国学校特色发展的理论逻辑和实践思路。

| Abstract: | School is relatively independent from society, and school is developing individually. The awareness of characteristics and individuality of innovation owned by the subjects are the preconditions of school development. Four problems are the relationship between school, government, market, community, culture, and humans, which have a negative influence on school characteristic development. |
