摘    要:教师教学反思出现浅尝辄止的现象,除了受其自身的智力影响,还受其情感等心理因素的影响,笔者试图通过剖析教师教学反思心理变化的历程,揭示其深化的突破口:心理的"平衡"和"不平衡"处。学生、同行和专家是教师教学反思的推进器,他们能够在教师教学反思深化过程中起到推波助澜的作用,加快教师教学反思类型的转换和反思水平的提高。

Abstract:The phenomenon of fossilization in teacher reflection on teaching is caused by their intelligence and psychological factors such as emotions.This essay strives to reveal the breakthrough in deepening teacher reflection by analyzing the process of their psychological changes.Students,colleagues and experts are the propellers of teacher reflection,and they can facilitate the transforming of teacher reflection patterns and improve the level of their reflection.
