| 摘 要： | 为了适应我国体育事业的快速发展，必须培养具有较强的实践能力、创造能力以及融入社会能力的体育应用型专门人才。本文运用文献资料法、个案访谈法等研究方法，试图分析体育高职院校人才培养模式中实践教学存在的问题，并就创新体育高职院校人才培养模式中加强实践教学提出建议：全面投入，夯实校内实训基地；挖掘社会资源，拓展校外实习实训基地；强化”双师型”师资队伍建设，提升实践教学水平；完善实习实训奖惩制度，创新实践教学的考核方式；成立由各方代表组成的专业建设顾问委员会，加强专业实践教学。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the rapid development of China＇s sports undertakings, applied talents must be developed with strong practical ability, creative ability. By the research methods of literature, interview, this paper tries to analyze the problem existing in the practical teaching of the personnel cultivation pattern of sports vocational college and proposes some suggestions on strengthening the practical teaching in the innovative personnel cultivation pattern： invest comprehensively and strengthen school training base ; mine social resources and expand the off - campus training base; strengthen the construction of double - type teaching staff and promote the practical teaching level ; improve the training system of rewards and punishments and innovate the assessment methods of the practical teaching; establish the professional construction advisory committee composed of the representatives of the parties and strengthen the practical teaching. |
