| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法对羽毛球单打比赛的节奏控制及影响因素进行探讨与分析。结果表明：节奏控制在羽毛球单打比赛中的地位越来越重要，影响其节奏控制的因素主要有基本技术和特长技术、心理素质、战术意识及体能意志状况等。提出要针对影响节奏控制的因素，在训练中强化运动员的节奏意识，重视技、战术的节奏训练等建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature, logical reasoning and other research methods of rhythm control and influence on the singles badminton match factors were discussed and analyzed. The results show that： the role and rhythm control in badminton singles match in the more important factors influencing the rhythm control, the main factors of basic technology and specialty technology, psychological quality, tactical awareness and fitness will con- dition etc.. Put forward to want to influence factors on rhythm control, strengthen the sense of rhythm in training athletes, paying attention to the technical, tactical rhythm training advice. |
