| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济建设及城市化进程加快，建筑业高速发展，对工程管理专业各层次人才培养提出了更高要求。需要一大批精通工程管理业务的知识型、应用型人才。根据企业相关岗位对工程管理专业人才素质的要求，分析目前工程管理专业人才培养存在的主要问题，提出以市场为导向。围绕培养目标构建工程管理专业人才素质模型及相应的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of China＇s economy and architecture industry and the speeding-up of urbanization, a higher request has been imposed on the personnel cultivation of various level of project management personnels by society, which needs a large number of knowledgeable,practical talented persons specializing in project management. After analyzing the main problems at present remaining in the personnel cultivation, this paper, based on the quality requirement of the project management personnel by enterprises＇ correlated posts, proposes a market-oriented, cultivation-goal-centered cultivation pattern professional project management personnel. |
