| 摘 要： | 教研室是研究生培养的基础管理单位,针对教研室知识流失和研究生扩招后的培养质量问题,研究生培养单位应通过改善教研室组织结构和运行方式,实施组织学习和知识共享,提高教研室获取、存储、创新和运用知识的能力,克服知识流失,实现教研室知识可持续增长,保障扩招以后研究生的培养质量.

| Abstract: | Staff room is the elementary unit of management for the education of graduate students.In view of the problem of staff room's knowledge loss and education quality of graduate students after the enlarged recruitment,graduate schools should organize study to share the knowledge through improving the organization structure and working mode so as to enhance its ability to acquire,store and employ the knowledge,lighten knowledge loss,realize sustainable increase of its knowledge and ensure the quality of cultivation. |
