| 摘 要： | 区域战略性产业是关系到国民经济发展和区域战略性产业结构合理化的关键性、全局性和长远性的产业。西部地区战略性产业结构为西部地区乃至全国产业结构合理化作出了贡献。随着内外条件的变化,西部地区战略性产业结构应选择绿色产业、高新技术产业(西部重点经济区)、航空航天和生物制药业、电子信息业、能源产业和有竞争优势的战略性产业进行布局。
