| 摘 要： | 本文在经济全球化的时代背景下开展社会组织国际化问题的研究,研究内容涉及社会组织国际化的模式、社会组织与国际组织建立合作伙伴关系、国际性社会组织的人才辖地化和社会组织研究工作在向区域化和国际化方向发展、社会组织国际化的特点等。中国社会组织在国际化过程中受到外部环境包括法律、政策、国外组织的竞争、国际关系、属地伙伴等因素的限制和社会组织的内部环境,包括组织治理、领导力、人才专业化、资金和实践经验等方面的影响,文章相应提出了社会组织国际化战略的路径和五种合作模式,并对我国社会组织国际化战略的目标提出政策性建议。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the internationalization of social organizations under the background of economic globalization, including the internationalization mode of social organizations, the establishment of partnerships between Chinese social organizations and international organizations, the talent localisation of international social organizations, the regionalization and internationalization of the research on social organizations, and the features of social organizations＇ internationalization, and so on. In the process of internationalization, the Chinese social orga- nizations have been restricted not only by the external environment, including laws, policies, competition from foreign organizations, international relations, territorial partners, but also by their internal environment, including the organizational governance, leadership, professional talent, funding and practical experiences. This paper proposed the route and five cooperative modes of social organizations＇ internationalization strategy, and made some policy recommendations to achieve the goal of Chinese social organizations＇ internationalization strategy. |
