| 摘 要： | 鉴于高校图书馆电子资源服务的复杂性、模糊性特点,文章采用模糊综合评价法构建了高校图书馆电子资源服务的综合评判模型。该模型的建立和应用是定量评价高校电子资源服务的一次有益尝试。
