微波萃取八角茴香油的研究

摘    要:研究了利用微波萃取八角茴香油的方法,探讨了微波功率、微波辐射时间、萃取次数对提取率的影响,结果表明:微波萃取法比常规的索氏提取的提取率高,且提取的时间只有常规法的1/80,在功率650W、辐射时间200s、溶剂用量80ml,可得到较好的提取率。

Abstract:The extraction of star abise oil on microwave radiation was studied.The main factors were discussed such as microwave power.Irradiation time and the rate of solide abd lique.The results demonstrate that the extraction rate on microwave radiation was higher and the microwave extraction time was only the 1/80 of comparing with traditional extraction.microwave power 650w,radiation time 200s,volume of solvent in extraction 80ml give the highest yield.
