| 摘 要： | 荀子理论中蕴涵着丰富的社会分层思想。人性论和社会起源论是其理论基础，等级分层和职业分层是其理论核心，礼制是其实现社会分层和建立王道政治秩序的手段。研究荀子的这一思想，将有助于对当前社会不平等现象作出正确的分析。

| Abstract: | Xunzi's theory contains the idea of social stratification.Theory of human nature and theory of social originate are the basis,and the stratification of social status and occupation is it's nucleus,and code of etiquette is the means to realize social stratification and order of kingly way.To study the idea will be helpful to analysis social unequal phenomenon. |
