| 摘 要： | 通过一系列的数据分析看出,1998年以来我国实施的积极的财政政策取得了扩大内需和促进经济发展的良好效果,同时由于这一政策的长期实施,经济运行中也存在着一些需要注意的问题。目前,积极的财政政策还不宜淡出,但是财政政策工具的选择上需要有所改变。

| Abstract: | Via a series of data analysis, the positive financial policy which our country had implemented obtained the good result of expanding domestic demand and bringing about an advance in economy since 1998, At the same time, with the long-term implementation of this policy, economic operation has some problems that attention should be paid to. At present, the positive financial policy is still unsuitable to fade out, but need changing to some extent on the choice of the financial policy tool. |
